We are committed to capturing every moment of your event in a way that truly reflects the atmosphere and emotions of the occasion. To ensure that we provide you with the best possible service, we do not limit the number of photos that we take. Instead, we capture as many photos as necessary, depending on the flow of the event and the unique moments that present themselves. 

In order to secure our photography and videography services for your event, an advance payment of 20% is required. This will ensure that our team is available and be fully prepared to capture every moment of your special occasion.

Please note that the balance full payment is required on the day of the event by the client. This is to ensure that our team can focus on providing you with the best possible experience without any distractions or interruptions.

To ensure that your memories are captured beautifully, we standard correct every photo, taking the time to edit and enhance each image to perfection.

Once the editing process is complete, we will deliver the photos to you within 1-2 weeks. Please note that the traditional video may require 2-4 weeks for delivery. However, delivery times may be subject to change based on the seasonal workload. We want to ensure that every photo and video receives the attention it deserves, which is why we may take additional time during busier periods to ensure the quality of our work.

Our team will keep you informed throughout the process, updating you on the status of your photos and videos and providing you with an estimated delivery date. We want you to be completely satisfied with our work, and we will do everything we can to ensure that your memories are captured beautifully and delivered to you in a timely manner.

After the selection process is complete, and the client has provided the selected images to include in the album the album designing process begins. Our team takes great care in designing each album, ensuring that it perfectly captures the essence of your event. The album designing typically takes 3 to 4 weeks from the time that the selected photos are received. We appreciate your patience as we work to create a stunning album that you will cherish for years to come. 

We understand that the video editing process is a critical part of creating a beautiful and memorable video, and we take great care to ensure that every video is edited to perfection.

Once the client has provided us with suitable song preferences for the short film, our experienced editor will begin the process of creating a cinematic masterpiece that truly reflects the emotions and atmosphere of the event. Please note that this process can take 4 to 6 weeks, depending on our seasonal workload.

We understand that waiting for the final product can be a stressful experience, which is why we will keep you informed throughout the process, updating you on the status of your video and providing you with an estimated delivery date.
